Both sunlit bedrooms include a main size bed and 2 door mirrored built-in wardrobe. The 2nd room with a single bed above the main bed. Cook yourself up a storm in this fully appointed, self-contained kitchen, with island bench, modern stainless-steel appliances, microwave, kettle and toaster, crockery and cutlery, glassware, wine glasses. With internet (NBN) and Smart Flat Screen TV you can stream your favourite channels and movies or surf on internet via your devices. This stylish home is self-contained and ready to move in and includes hotel quality linen to ensure you get a good quality sleep, towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap and hair dryer. With the convenience of a European style internal laundry with combination large 9kg washer/6kg dryer and laundry tub, clothes rack, pegs, washing detergent, iron and ironing board, you will feel just at home. Located halfway in-between Sydney and the Blue Mountains making it the perfect place to visit the sites of Sydney or explore the Blue Mountains. The house is only a 5 min drive to major public transport including St Mary's and Mt Druitt train station and bus depot where you can continue to Sydney CBD, the Airport, The Blue Mountains etc. Ideal for contractors working in the area as the home is close to Eastern Creek, 5 mins to the M4, M7, St Marys and Mt Druitt shopping Centre, train station and bus depot as well as cafes and restaurants. There is a bus stop opposite the Colyton Hotel which is just a 5-minute walk.
