Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX)
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
A full room service is offered every 3 days for stays of 6 nights or more.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
