It is a house sharing facility. Only 2 out of 3 rooms are available for rent. Each bedroom contains a DOUBLE bed, bedside table, table light, reverse cycle air-conditioning, clothes rack, and fast wifi. Room can only be occupied for a maximum of 2 adults. Not available for children. We have a sitting area and a smoking area outside the back of the house. Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway. Select single or double occupancy when making a booking as it has a different price. Our budget room is a short drive from Perth Airport.
We are an Australian Indonesian couple. We are friendly and been around Australia and overseas. We always keen on a good chat of cultural stuff, music, movies, places, etc. We love peaceful and happy people. We respect people who respect us and people around us. Any questions, guests can call us direct.
It's a quiet neighbourhood local housing, 5 mins from farmer Jack groceries store, petrol station, mechanic, Thai Cafe, fish and chips. Terminal 1 airport, Direct Factory Outlets and Costco only 10 mins away driving. Crown Perth casino and Perth CBD is 20 mins away driving.
