Amazing Ocean Views At This Exclusive 4 BR Holiday Home ** All guests are welcomed with a bottle of SA wine and chocolate ** You will love the views from the house and big deck from Pt Elliot through to Granite Island and the Bluff at Encounter Bay. This is a huge ocean view! Rest, relax and be entertained with views of whales, dolphins, the Cockle Train and sailboats during the day and the lights of the new Granite Island causeway and Victor Harbor at night. You can walk to the beach for a swim in 5 minutes, or stroll 15 mins into Victor. Pt Elliot is a 5 minute drive away. The best of the Fleurieu is at your doorstep – great food and great beaches! Enjoy NYE fireworks seated on the lounge or out on the balcony or even from the Queen bed downstairs if you drift off to sleep before midnight. There is an extensive front balcony where you can sit back and take in the South Coast’s best view. With upstairs, open plan living to maximise the views, you can sit inside or outside to enjoy the views. The white modern kitchen on the upper level overlooks dining family room and front balcony which of course takes in the whale watching in winter and sail boats in summer. There are four bedrooms in total (three with sea views), 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine. There are two TVs (upstairs and downstairs) both with Netflix. There is free high speed WiFi for guest use. There is also a remote control garage or park in the driveway. Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 8): Upstairs: Main Bedroom: King (sleeps 2) 2nd Bedroom: Double (sleeps 2) Downstairs: 3rd bedroom: Queen (sleeps 2) 4th Bedroom: Double (sleeps 2) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way Horseshoe Bay Iconic, picturesque bay & popular diving spot known for its coral reefs & variety of sea life. John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets Lakala Reserve Pt. Elliot This very popular reserve features two large ponds where you can relax and enjoy the wildlife. It is a perfect picnic spot with BBQ facilities where the kids can run around and play in the playground. Port Elliot Dog Park A brilliant secure area for your dogs to play and exercise. Complete with balls, tunnels, mounds, water and lots of other fun things for dogs. Head to Tottenham Rd, Pt Elliot, then Leeds St, Cameron St and Kurramin St.
