This is a fantastic four bedroom (3 queens/2 singles plus a trundle bed), two bathroom family home situated in a quiet residential street about a 10 minute walk to Dean Street's main shopping and dining precinct. Perfect for families or groups wishing to share. Now with complimentary unlimited WiFi! The space There's space for everyone with 3 queen beds and 2 single beds plus a trundle bed in the single bedroom. Please let me know if you need linen for this when you make the booking. Enjoy two spacious BRAND NEW modern bathrooms. The main bathroom has a full sized bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. The ensuite enjoys the simplicity of a shower, vanity and toilet. Keep entertained indoors with two TVs and a DVD player. Stay comfortable year round with ducted heating and evaporative cooling under your control. Cook up a storm in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Spend some time in the sunshine within the large back yard - relax and let the kids run free. Entertain or relax in the undercover entertaining area.
