HOUSE RULES -Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, pets, parties, or events In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 6. Day visitors: up to 3 extra people (total max 9 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons. -We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. -We have a portacot and highchair at the home, however, we do not provide the linen for the portacot. Please BYO! -If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of 20 AUD per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay! -The driveway from the street is steep and all low/lowrider car models as well as Tesla model 3 should be careful when driving down.

Wombarra Beach, located in NSW, is a narrow 250m long beach fronting the slopes that lead up to the lovely small town. Wombarra is located 66km south of Sydney via the M1 Princes Motorway, exiting at Stanwell Tops to Lawrence Hargrave Drive (where our home is located). The Rural and residential suburb of Wombarra is 20 kilometres north of Wollongong and gets its name from an Aboriginal word meaning 'Black Duck'. Today its major features include Wombarra Beach and Wombarra Ocean Pool. Wombarra is one of the many coastal towns you can visit along the spectacular Grand Pacific Drive.
