Andrew & Julia are experienced holiday property managers. They currently manage only 6 properties (which they say is enough!) and aim to be quick communicators and ensure each guests expectations are met.

Property information

Aqua Promenade is located directly across the road from beautiful Sunrise Beach. Enjoying a peaceful, laid-back ambience, Sunrise Beach is idyllically situated between Noosa National Park and the Coral Sea. Quieter than both Hastings Street Beach (Noosa Heads) and Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach has long been a favourite beach amongst surfers. Our beach is patrolled by surf lifesavers every day of the Christmas and Easter school holidays, between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Outside of these school holidays, weekend patrols operate between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Please only swim between the red and yellow flags. Complimentary boogie boards, bucket & spade sets and beach umbrellas are also available for guest use (located near the basement carpark’s door). Please hose any sand off before returning them. Note please bring your own beach towels as currently none are provided.

Neighbourhood information

The renowned Chalet & Co Cafe is a 2 minute walk from Aqua Promenade and offers breakfast, coffee and lunch, 7 days, 6am to 3pm. Beautiful Sunrise Beach is located directly across the road. Sunshine Beach (10 mins walk along the beach or a short Uber ride) has many great restaurants and an excellent surf club. You should book the restaurants (Surf Club is usually OK just to walk in). Noosa Junction is a few minutes drive away (Coles, BWS, Pharmacies etc) plus many great relaxed restaurants.
