Property information
Aruma is set on 2 acres in Metung that has expansive gardens & lawns. Consisting of a 3 bedroom house, with a separate Granny Flat & Studio, this is ideal for multiple families travelling together wishing for a peaceful retreat just a short 5 minute drive to Metung Village. The property is fully fenced and does have a small dam within the grounds (not for fishing or swimming).
The Main House has 3 bedrooms (7 Share), Granny Flat sleeps 2, and the Studio is perfect for another family of 5.
There is a private jetty, which is not direct access but a 10 minute walk along Heaths Road.
The property is pet friendly for well behaved pets, with a shaded dog run at the property for when guests are out. Toilet trained dogs are also welcome in the Main House.
