This luxury accommodation consists of 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom penthouse beside the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel, has 180-degree uninterrupted views overlooking local beaches, Moreton Island and The Coral Sea. This property, on North Stradbroke Island, is an ideal location for Whale watching from the deck May to October. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and an ensuite with a shower, double vanity, and toilet and built-in wardrobe. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with built in wardrobe and leads out onto a small verandah and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with built in wardrobe. Throughout the penthouse is ducted air-conditioning. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, and vanity. There is also a powder room with a second toilet. The galley styled kitchen and open plan living area, with their bifold doors, open out onto the large, covered deck making a large outdoor/indoor living overlooking the magic of Point Lookout's Cylinder Cove. The kitchen has all modern and high-end appliances and all kitchen needs. The large deck has outdoor seating, BBQ and amazing views overlooking the pool and the ocean. The living area has a three-seater couch with 2 single chairs. There is Wi-Fi throughout this property. Dining area has an 8-seater dining table. You can enjoy the onsite facilities including the restaurant, bar, and swimming pool, with direct beach access just metres from the door. Unit 15 has two underground parking spaces. All linen supplied and beds made for arrival. This Straddie accommodation will meet all your expectations. Receive a complimentary bottle of Chandon for all bookings.
