This gem apartment is in prime location. It is safe, clean and comfortable, and is entirely exclusive for work & relaxation. The apartment is around the vicinity of Aubin Grove, Cockburn, Atwell, Jandakot, Harvest Lake, Success, Banjup and Hammond Park. Entrance to the apartment is by personal codes and no duplicated codes are given to any previous guests. Doors & sliding gates are custom-made to ensure security. The entire 2 room ground-floored apartment is located besides the Aubin Grove Train / Bus Station, Cafes, Eateries, Large Woolworth supermarket, Chemist, Dentist and Medical Centre. They are all just in front of the apartment and within 2 seconds of walking distance. The train can take you easily to Perth, Cockburn, Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley and Perth Stations within 10 minutes. You can travel easily to Rockingham, Mandurah and Joondalup too. Surprisingly the noise level is zero! Its so convenient & easy to commute that you may not need a car. Free unlimited Wifi and free private/public parkings are available. Two comfortable luxurious queen-size double beds are provided. The neighborhood is safe. It is a happy fantasy place for family to work, relax and delight!
I lived and worked in Perth, WA and is familiar with the vicinity of Aubin Grove, Cockburn, Atwell, Success, Murdoch, Winthrop, Leeming, Bullcreek, Fremantle, Rockingham and the surroundings of the apartment. I love travelling, food and music!!! If you are in Perth for the first time and your passion is finding good food and good places to visit, I can assist. Perth is unique and very diverse in its lifestyle. I loved experiencing the great variety of different cultures existing here. By nature I am a quiet person but social enough to enjoy good company with people of same interest. My other pastimes include community singing with my ukulele and enjoying relaxing time with my karaoke set at home - so feel comfortable to call me if you need any information and assistance when you are in Perth.
This Happy Delightful Apartment is located in one of the prime area of Perth and is very close to many amenities. You can travel to the North and South of Perth conveniently. Most of the WA's attractive places like Museum, Universities, Schools, Hospitals, shopping malls, Fremantle, Beaches, Esplanade, public swimming pools, gyms etc are all within easy reach due to its very strategic location from the freeway and the Aubin Grove Train / Bus Station. The neighborhood is safe too...
