The central upstairs living room flows onto the paved patio/bbq area, indulging in an oversized Sony smart TV, Sonos system, Rinnai heating and an abundance of sitting space. Established gardens and multiple outdoor nooks offer ample space for family and friends to enjoy, with the scent of summer and sea air every present throughout your time spent here.
