Newly built quality 2 storey Villa situated in a quiet prestigious street in Essendon. The large bedroom is on the 2nd floor accessible by an iron staircase downstairs has a top quality King Living sofa bed which is very comfortable for 2 people.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and i enjoy hosting guests at my restaurant and home.
Quiet street close to train, tram and bus to the city and airport. Great proximity to cafes, restaurants, cinemas, DFO and HIghpoint Shopping Centre.
