Welcome to Bawley Beach House, a beautiful new family holiday home, metres from both Bawley and Cormorant Beaches, the historical Bawley Point Gantry and Luci’s cafe. When you arrive you'll instantly feel relaxed in one of the two private outdoor areas or inside cosy by the inside wood fire-place. Specifically designed by a builder and his beach-going family for a place to create lasting memories while enjoying home comforts and modern luxuries, relaxed and comfortable in the heart of Bawley Point. We know you will love the Bawley Beach House as much as we do. Bawley Beach House has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you will need. There are 2 bathrooms, 4 Bedrooms, bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen beds and bedrooms 3 & 4 have 4 single beds (bunk beds, 8 beds in total) Large sliding doors open out to a deck at the rear. with large table, seating for 8 people and BBQ. The backyard is a grassed and leafy area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Another outside grassed area is located in the middle of the property with a wrap around deck and outdoor hot and cold shower. All linen is provided and professionally laundered Bawley Vale Estate and The Jackson Ranch are both within a 5 minute drive.

Neighbourhood information

A short 2 minute walk to the beach! Bawley Beach House is in the most perfect location! Watch the whales swim by often just on top of the hill, or see kangaroos on our front and back yard all year around. Bawley has popular fishing and surfing spots, local bush and hiking walks and the most beautiful, pristine white sandy beaches. You will need a car to get to Bawley Point. Once in Bawley everything is walking or riding distance!! You must pre-book taxis, there are no Ubers in Bawley Point itself.
