This newly built modern & chic townhouse is located in every popular Malua Bay. It offers: * an easy 700m walk to the patrolled beach of Malua Bay with a park, kids playground, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, liquor, butcher and take away * the brand new Club Malua is right next door with bars, dining areas, entertainment (eg: trivia nights & wkd live music) - perfect for summer cocktails * 7 beaches within 5km radius * Batemans Bay only a short 13km drive away. This two-story townhouse has all the modern touches with that beachy feel. Upstairs, you will find the open plan living, dining, and kitchen, which is the heart of the home with a treed outlook and an ocean breeze. Each bedroom has been styled in calming, neutral tones with the main bedroom having its own ensuite and TV to sit back and relax after a day in the sun. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 set single bunks & 1 set tri bunk Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed Downstairs you will find the laundry for guest use for that longer stay and parking in the double garage.
