Set over 5 acres of manicured lawns with established gardens, solar heated pool, communal spa and tennis court.  Three generous sized bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and ceiling fan, bedroom two has a bunk giving sleeping for three people and bedroom three also having a ceiling fan.  The main bathroom is a three-way design giving you separate areas for the shower and bath, vanity area and toilet.    The large open plan living area has a ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and IPOD dock, this area opens out onto the balcony with a gas BBQ and dining where you can sit back and enjoy the view and park birdlife direct from your own balcony.  Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities and the internal laundry runs off the kitchen area and provides a washing machine and dryer.  A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board,  Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp -  making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary.
