Beautifully Renovated 3 Bedroom Unit a stones throw from Little Beach This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor unit is only a 3 minute walk to Nelson Bays Little Beach. Stunning fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and air conditioning with a pool and tennis court in the complex. This is the perfect holiday hub! Walk to Little Beach - perfect for the kids or Shoal Bay Beach, or if you are feeling more energetic, only a 20 minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay and the Marina. If you don't feel like venturing out, there is a shared swimming pool and tennis court in the complex or perhaps just some time out on the comfortable lounges with a Smart TV and WiFi or cook up a storm in the stunning kitchen. Linen including bath towels is provided. Just bring your beach towels with you. Note: This unit will not take school leaver or any party bookings
