Bay Village is located directly across from the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach, with the range of cafes, restaurants and shops along Shoal Bay foreshore at your fingertips. This cosy and welcoming unit is designed for your comfort with air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The alfresco balcony area offers amazing views over the water – cook up a BBQ and dine outside with some refreshing drinks, taking in that fresh salty air. Inside, the open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge area with a flat screen TV, a dining area with 6-seater table and a well equipped kitchen with a standalone oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is cleverly combined with the laundry and includes a shower, toilet and washing machine, and you have secure car parking for one car.
