This sunny, 2nd-floor unit is directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach, with the living room, balcony, and both bedrooms facing the beautiful bay for amazing water views stretching to the headlands. For a perfect beachside holiday, head downstairs, cross the road, and you're on the sand! Shoal Bay Beach offers calm swimming, coastal walks, and adventurous activities. Numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars line the foreshore within easy walking distance, along with convenient shops. Shoal Bay Foreshore is a fantastic family holiday spot, featuring excellent BBQ facilities and sheltered picnic areas along the beachside reserve. This unit places you close to the Tomaree Head Summit Walk and other great walking tracks, as well as the surf beach of Fingal Bay. Nelson Bay township is only 3km away.
