Enjoy this great sea side location with sweeping views across Port Phillip bay and the Melbourne skyline. This partially renovated Retro quirky home consists of 4 large bedrooms , 2 bathrooms a large 25 square meter covered 2nd story balcony with a secure large rear yard. It Ideal for whole family or a group of friends.
We Love good food , good wine and good friends. Experienced owners corporation manager with extensive customer service experience.
Bayview is located in a loverly quite section of Portarlington ,surrounded by lots of old and new lovely bayside houses and gardens. The Fauna and flora park is only a short 10 min walk away with lots of other short walks to experience and the main beach is only a short 20 or 25 min walk. We have many local winery's located with in a short 10 minutes drive and loads of olives groves and other great places to visit within a 1/2 hour drive radius.
