Beach Club 1 is a well equipped modern townhouse which features views over the golf course to the point. Set over two levels the open plan living/dining area leads out to a spacious balcony with hooded gas barbeque. Its central location means the shops, club and beach are just around the corner. The garage is for storage of surfboards, bikes, fishing rods etc and there is off street parking for two cars.
