Only a short stroll to the beautiful Sunderland Bay Beach, this welcoming, immaculately presented holiday home is perfect for the ultimate coastal holiday retreat. The home presents an easy floor plan, with the lower level comprising three bedrooms including built in robes, central family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The upstairs area features a lovely open plan living, kitchen and dining area sliding doors opening onto a deck perfect for entraining whilst living the Island lifestyle.
This is a very quiet neighbourhood with gravel roads. There is a combination of permanent and holiday residences.
