Quirky! Unique Inspired home, tastefully furnished with the "Beach Theme". Located in a quiet part of Smiths Beach, within easy walking distance to the beach. GREAT outdoor deck with outdoor blinds all around. What we "LOVE" about our place is Adults have their own "House" and the kids/ teenagers have their own "Retreat". You can book "The Main House" on it's own or both "The Main House" and "The Studio". We supply all linen/ doonas/ pillows/ towels/ cleaning. Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day. In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay. I will communicate time arrival if this is the case. Please read the OPTIONS below carefully before you make your decision regarding access to both showers and toilets. IF YOU REQUIRE 2 Bathrooms/ 2 Toilets you MUST BOOK for 8 persons. This will give you access to both "The Main House" and the "Studio Retreat". **Option 1 -applies for up to 6 guests."The Main House" ONLY- 1 family or a group of 6. **Option 2 applies for 8-13 guests. "The Main House" plus "The Studio Retreat". Maximum of 13 guests. Perfect for 2-3 families or a group of 13.

The "Beach Theme" allows you to unwind and we provide everything to make your stay a memorable one. This Getaway is who I am and what I live for..... Clean/ Calm/ Relaxed
The property is situated in a quiet court. Perfect location for the Grand Prix Track/ Famous Smiths Surf Beach / Penguins. Milk Bar is close by, walking distance to the beach. You will need a car to drive into Cowes- 3 supermarkets in Cowes and lots of restaurants/ shopping. There is a bus stop on the main road- 2 min walk to. *24 hour key lock access. Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day. In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay. I will communicate time arrival if this is the case. We supply almost everything to make your stay stress free and as comfortable as the "Perfect Getaway". Total price includes all linen/ doonas/ pillows/ towels and a BASIC clean. Keep the place clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Upon departure all rubbish is to be removed / dishes washed and put away. EXTRA fee will be charged if dishes are not washed and put away/ Floors and walls are left in a sticky state/ pet droppings not binned. Neighbours are residents - Failure to abide to noise regulations or overcrowding will lead to instant departure and loss of monies paid.
