BEACH, WATER VIEWS, SPA-BATH & Netflix - with the beach as your back yard! This cosy beach house has aircon & ceiling fans plus the cool sea breeze off the water via the balcony doors. Beautiful styling with luxury linen, quality kitchen-wear and lots of every-day items for your convenience. My place is not new but full of character & charm in white & blue mediterranean tones. It's a beautiful country and I recommend exploring it! - Free WiFi - Welcome hamper - Nescafe Coffee machine with milker + FREE coffee pods - Luxury 1,000 thread-count linen provided - Towels provided - Dishwasher - Aircon and ceiling fans - Gas-log fire - Balcony with water views - 10 jet spa bath - Granite tiled bathroom - 2 large flat screen TVs - one SMART TV with NETFLIX - DVDs and CDs for guest use - Toys for the children I will either be there to greet you, or the key will be in the lock box for you, with a full welcome compendium to make you feel at home. Beautiful beach mats and umbrella supplied, books and games for kids, books and videos for grownups.
Set in a residential block, this apartment has water views from the study nook in the dinning area, and your own private balcony. When you need supplies, just walk ten minutes up the beach to Mordialloc seaside village. Here you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bus stops and the train station. Hire a boat and go fishing on the bay, walk along the pier or Mordialloc Boardwalk and watch people flying kites in the breeze. If you play golf you will think you're in heaven. There are many famous sand-belt golf courses in the area. Perfect for an executive on business, for a family relocating to Melbourne or a couple on a romantic getaway. While we are conveniently right on the Nepean Highway, the property is actually below the level of the road - so you hardly hear any noise at all. The balcony it at the back of the property, so is quite private and welcoming at any hour of the day or night.
