Recently renovated with beautiful kitchen, bi-folding window and breakfast bar with amazing beach views. Walk from the deck directly onto the beach. A 5 minute stroll along the beach will have you in the Cafes of Avoca Beach or in the patrolled area of North Avoca Surfclub. Private stunning deck to take advantage of the location and beach- front position Newly renovated by award winning designer. Working fire place for winter. Ideal for couples and families with babies and small children. You can relax on the deck while your baby sleeps. Sleeps up to 5 people but four adults maximum. Brand new kitchen, bi-folding window and breakfast bar off kitchen window. Cold sparkling water on tap. New bathroom, double shower (no bath but portable baby bath provided) with heated flooring. Three good size bedrooms with built-ins. Main bedroom has queen bed with Western hotel mattress. 2nd Bedroom has one bunk bed and a single bed. Sleeps three people. 3rd Bedroom has single bunks. Sleeps two people. Linen and towels supplied (not beach towels). All bathroom products supplied. Nespresso maker and tea supplied. An amazing place to spend time with family and friends. 1 off-street parking space. Direct pathway to beach. As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest.
