Beachfront Villa by Peppy Beach Retreats® is possibly the most spacious and stunning three bedroom property in Western Australia. Split across two floors, soak in the panoramic ocean views upstairs from multiple areas while downstairs you can enjoy a games room with separate studio bedroom + en suite. A literal stone's throw from the pristine Peppy Beach, with breathtaking sunset views and ample space to relax. Beachfront Villa is the perfect home for groups of between four and ten guests. Please note, you are renting two out of three floors of the entire property (listed separately as "Oceanview Mansion".) However, there are no shared spaces. At the back of Villa (i.e., on the side not facing the ocean) you have access to a patio but we ask that you do not pass through the back gate which would access the separate yard for the guests that have booked the top floor. Those guests will be given the same instruction. There is signage to ensure that there is no confusion, and this has never been an issue before.
