Relax with the whole family at this beautiful home beside Shelley's Beach, Emu Park. Large air conditioned living spaces for families to spread out. Four modern bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and laundry. The cedar pole home is nestled amongst palm trees creating a peaceful oasis and only a short 50m walk to Beach Access. Spend your days on the beach and nights enjoying the sound of the ocean on the verandah or playing Air Hockey or Pool in the games room. Come and relax!
I am a teacher by trade who enjoys swimming and playing softball. My husband and I have lived in Rockhampton all our lives and have 4 grown children and one grandson. My childhood was spent camping at Capricorn Coast during most Summer holidays. Emu Park is my favourite place to relax and spend time with my family.
Emu Park is a quaint, seaside town with all major facilities for comfort and convenience. Beachside Modern Cedar home is located in a quiet residential street, a short walk up the beach to the heart of Emu Park. Enjoy a stroll along the Anzac Memorial boardwalk to the iconic Singing Ship, a swim at the patrolled Main Beach or let the kids roam the covered Playground. Take a day trip to Great Keppel Island, visit the shopping centres or swim at the free lagoon on the Yeppoon foreshore.
