This cute, but spacious little unit, central to all Busselton's famous attractions is your go to holiday home for a small family or group of friends. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, separate lounge area, courtyard, laundry and double lock-up garage. There are 3 queen beds for sleeping. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The family bathroom has a large shower and large vanity, with a separate toilet. The location of Beachside on Kent is the best feature. Located in central Bussselton, walking distance of 1km to the city centre, the Busselton Jetty Precinct is 1.5km from the unit and the nearest beach is 500m away. The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. Self check-in with onsite secure lock box - Guests will have access to the entire property You and your family will have a fantastic holiday at Beachside on Kent, near the beach, near the Busselton Jetty, at the gateway to the Margaret River Wine region, Dunsborough and all the best holiday activities in between.
