Fully renovated, polished wooden floors throughout, Air-conditioned, designer open plan kitchen, spacious living/dining area, moder bathrooms, new outdoor furniture in the private backyard undercover patio. Close proximity to the Mornington Peninsulas many attractions including Aurthurs Seat Chairlifts, wineries & the Peninsula Hot Springs. The 787 Sorrento to Saftey beach Bus route goes directy past this House. Just a 5 minute drive to the Jetty and Rosebud Beach, 5 minutes drive from The Mornington Peninsula Freeway and 5 minutes drive to The Nepean Highway.
