Property information

This beachside hideaway is a minimum 2 nights stay. This beachside getaway on the Mornington Peninsula, is the perfect holiday house within walking distance to the beach ( 8 minute walk to Birdrock Beach) and only a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. This newly renovated holiday house is perfectly located, with its comfy coastal feel and great size secure backyard to keep the children and pets happy. On entering the home you are welcomed to a spacious lounge with a cosy new couch, day bed and smart TV, through to the modern kitchen with all you need including dishwasher and coffee machine. A second living space flooded with natural light, dining table to seat 8, an open fire place and another TV overlooking the greenery of the rear yard. 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms to sleep 8, master bedroom with built in robes and ensuite, other 2 bedrooms with tri bunks and built in robes. Family bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. The great size backyard is fully fenced has an undercover entertaining space with table and chairs and bbq all complete with fruit trees and even a dog kennel. The double garage is included, off street parking is available in the drive way and plenty of street parking too. Entertainment includes a table tennis, board games and toys for the little ones. There is a park a 3 minute walk away and birdrock beach is less than an 8 minute walk. A large backyard filled with fruit trees with plenty of space for the kids to run around in and your furry friends too.

Neighbourhood information

Enjoy a lazy lunch at the nearby restaurant, Mr Curtis. Or bring the dog for a long breakfast a short stroll away at Donato's café. A nature walk to The Briars is a must, only a 5 minute drive away. Sunday afternoon lunch at Hickinbotham winery while listening to the local band is fun for all the family. Main street Mornington is a short 10 minute drive away with many local restaurants and shops for all the family to enjoy. The Wednesday Main street market is not to be missed. There is so much to enjoy on the peninsula for all ages including the peninsula hot springs spa, horse riding, golf or a Gondola ride at Arthurs seat. The sunset at Birdrock beach lookout is never disappointing and only a short walk away from the house.
