Located on a quiet street this large 5 bedroom family home is your home away from home when visiting Jervis Bay. Come stay, unpack, enjoy all without having to leave! This newly built, single level home has modern fixtures and is immaculately presented with all the extra luxury inclusions, featuring a Pool & Jacuzzi spa. Please Note: This property has a strict No Party & Event Policy. It is in a high residential area and we will not tolerate any parties, large gatherings etc that disturb the quiet street. Property Guests: Beam Hideaway comfortably sleeps 14 guests Bed configuration Bedroom 1 - King Bed with Ensuite and Robe. Bedroom 2 - 2 x Bunk Beds and 2 x Single Trundles with Robe. Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with Robe Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed with Robe Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed with Robe Second lounge area with sofa bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Living: Two living areas with flat screen Tv's. Bathroom: Master Bathroom with Toilet and Shower. Additional seperate toilet. Ensuite with Shower and Toilet. Security bond: A security bond of 500 dollars may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required. Arrivals and departures: On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check-in, we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.
