Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes. We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA . We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.

This impeccably styled north-facing lakefront townhouse offers beautiful views from the living and dining areas downstairs, plus two of the three bedrooms upstairs. This resort-style home features a fenced front courtyard with landscaped gardens and lawn leading to the entrance. The minute you step inside, your eyes are immediately drawn to the water views.
The hallway opens into a generous living and dining room with doors that flow out to the lakefront entertaining area. The kitchen and casual meals/family room also enjoy these lovely views, plus a small enclosed, light-filled courtyard with greenery. Also on this level: a second bathroom with shower, and a laundry with direct access to a courtyard utility area. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, plus cookware, serving ware and cutlery.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master suite and 2nd bedroom have stunning lake views with built-in robes, while bedroom 3 enjoys a country outlook. A large two-way tiled bathroom offers a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
Other features include a double garage, zoned ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, ducted vacuum system and LED lighting. Outside, a big floating pontoon with boardwalk and swim ladder invites you to the lake.

100% Pet Friendly. Beds are freshly made with linen; towels and tea towels supplied.
Fully pet friendly: pets welcome inside. The backyard is fenced with pool fencing and has a lawned area for play. Dogs on a leash are allowed on lake beaches but not in the water.
No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks
Encounter Wetlands
A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay.
Esplanade
Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way
John Crompton Reserve
John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
Kent Reserve
Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
Kings Beach
King’s Beach Retreat offers two self-catering retreats located on prominent King’s Head a thirty minute walk from Victor Harbor’s Bluff it commands amazing views along this famous wilderness coast… A two minute walk by a private access track takes you to secluded, sheltered King’s Beach or to the Heysen Trail which is fast gaining an international reputation for stunning coastal walks.
Take a ten minute drive to Encounter Bay and enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafes. A fifteen minute drive will take you to Victor Harbor which boasts restaurants, hotels, major supermarkets, cafes, library, DVD hire and of course the famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island.
