Modern, beautifully maintained 3beds/2baths duplex home. Open living, spacious outdoor entertaining area, private parking with electric gate,AC, Foxtel and WIFI. Great for families and small groups, located in a safe and quiet suburb, 3MIN WALK from Coolalinga Central (Coles, Kmart, pharmacy, tavern, McDonalds, KFC, 24/7gym). 20min from Darwin CBD and 5min from the nearest hospital. Perfect gateway to the Territory main National Parks and reserves. DOGS ARE WELCOME STRICTLY OUTDOORS.
Hi all! We are a family who have been hosting our place as holiday home for a few years, but just listed our holiday rental on Booking. We are travelers ourselves and try to offer our guests what we look for when we are away from home. Cleanliness is our priority and we try to deliver a comfortable, clean and tidy environment where you can feel a little like at home. We live next door and absolutely love the neighborhood, with the convenience of having a great shopping center and any possible service so close. We live next door and will be happy to assist with anything yuo might need!
Our neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Despite the big shopping complex just minutes walk away from the house, our street is extremely peaceful.
