Belairberry is a mid century property on a double block in Berry's main street. It is a well photographed house both by tourists and for commercial purposes. The house features round and sloping windows of the P&O style and a curved outside. The house was probably designed to be in the Californian desert. The offset rooms in the upper floor catch any scarce summer breaze in Berry. The plantings feature mature plants, a Morton Bay fig, Phoenix canariensis, giant Stelitzias, Dragon tree and at the back a Golden Elm. There is a rainforest section, succulent garden and colourful Bromeliads. The house has many spaces for example dinning can be inside in the dinning room or outside on the front, the back or the upper terrace. It accomodates large groups well for family reunions and holidays, for weddings nearby, corporate getaways, significant birthdays or 3 or 4 family groups. There is enough space for to make it enjoyable get together.

Berry township is about 250m away with all Berry has to offer in shopping, cafes and restaurants. There is a growing wine industry nearby as well as many bush walks, quick access to Kangaroo Valley, Kiama and Gerringong and the beautiful Jervis Bay.
