Bella Vista is a spacious apartment on the lower level of a private residence with spectacular ocean views. There is a walk-in wardrobe and a well appointed kitchenette and an ensuite. There is also a private deck area with a dining setting and BBQ. It has quiet split system air conditioning, and a fan.
We are a retired couple who enjoy travelling. We lead a quiet life and enjoy time spent on our balcony enjoying the changing vista of the ocean.
We are situated on the top of Taranganba hill, and enjoy an easterly aspect and beautiful sea breezes. There is minimal through traffic. Taranganba is only 2 km from the main Yeppoon beach and shopping centre.
