Discover this stunning gem tucked away in the North of Hobart. Also very suitable for locum doctors and travel nurses as we love the community and have set enormous discount for weekly and monthly stays. Kick off the day with a cup of hot Nespresso coffee while enjoying a leisurely stroll on the beautiful lakeside walking track just steps from the entrance. The area is peaceful and picturesque, offering the perfect setting for fresh air walks or staying cozy inside. Location 📍: Austin Ferry, Hobart with the stunning backdrop of the Derwent River. Just a 4-minute drive to Claremont Plaza, where you'll find a coffee and cake shop, restaurants, and a Woolworths supermarket. It’s only 10 minutes to the renowned MONA museum and about 20 minutes to the CBD, Battery Point, and Salamanca Market. This house offers the perfect base for relaxing while exploring Hobart, or transiting to Launceston, and other nearby cities. The villa is brand new, having been completed at the beginning of this year, and comes fully furnished. There’s so much to see and do in Hobart, and no matter how you choose to spend your time in this beautiful area, we hope to create happy memories that will last a lifetime. PLEASE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We are a non-smoking house, so please refrain from smoking indoors. Please note: We love animals but, unfortunately, cannot accommodate pets or service animals due to my son’s allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience.
