The outdoor patio beckons you for al fresco dining, while the upstairs balcony sets a picturesque scene to commence your day. In the evening, relish in the comfort of the lounge, featuring a 52" swivel Chromecast TV with complimentary access to Tubi for an enjoyable movie night, or find solace in a cozy reading nook. Upstairs, you'll find three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each furnished with ceiling fans and air-conditioning to ensure comfort. The primary bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, thoughtfully arranged with bedside tables and reading lights. The second bedroom offers a double bed, and the third bedroom provides a single bed, perfect for families with children. The home also includes a dedicated workspace and ample wardrobe space throughout. Choose from two contemporary bathrooms, one of which includes a soothing bathtub. You'll appreciate the convenience of an internal laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, enhanced by tasteful and romantic-style wooden furnishings. Take a stroll along the iconic Mordialloc Pier, play a round of golf at the Rossdale Golf Club and shop till you drop at Westfield Southland, close by. Take a drive down the Mornington Peninsula, stopping into scenic coastal towns such as Sorrento and Rosebud, or head to Red Hill and drop into its award-winning wineries. Trains from Aspendale Railway Station will take you to Flinders Street Railway Station.
