SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of 1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. Positioned at the end of a private gumtree lined lane and set on 107 glorious pastural acres, Black Creek Paddock, named after the creek which runs alongside the property, is a peaceful, self-contained private home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The well-equipped, open plan country kitchen has everything a keen cook would need including a Nespresso coffee machine for your essential brew. The kitchen flows directly into a games room with Smart TV and a pool table; this adjoins the very spacious dining and lounge rooms with lush linen sofas to catch up on your next chapter, or tell stories by the heart-warming combustion fireplace in the winter months. Sit back and enjoy the expansive rural vistas through the picture frame windows or grab a glass of fine Hunter wine and find your spot on the gorgeous wrap-around veranda, perfect for a BBQ. For those who like to connect, the property has both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. For those who wish to be unplugged, there are books and board games available, or simply take an enjoyable walk along the lane. The property also has a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board should you have the need. SECURITY & ONSITE MANAGER: As with many pastural properties and farm stays in the Hunter Valley, security surveillance cameras are present to monitor the exterior of the property at all times. The pastural manager lives on the property full time and has a residence located at the rear of the barn 70 metres from the guest accommodation. Both guests and manager share the main driveway entrance access but are accommodated separately.

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
