Linen not supplied at this property This classic peninsula beach house features open plan living incorporating a spacious lounge, family dining, and a central kitchen with electric cooking , coffee machine and a microwave. Complete with split system heating and cooling, a rinnai gas heater, and a TV. Four bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 queen size bedrooms, another 2 bedrooms offering single bunks, a central family bathroom, plus an additional toilet and shower adjacent to a laundry. Absolute prime position located just a short stroll from the beach and coastal walking track. The fully fenced back yard features outdoor dining, a weber BBQ and an outdoor sink for the fishermen to clean up. No smoking and no pets No groups under 25 years of age. This property does not accept parties, hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID
