Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nestled quietly behind native hedging for privacy and with an abundance of natural light and space inside, this lovely property offers quality that instantly evokes a sense of home. Situated in walking distance to Bridgewater Bay, stunning coastal walks and beautiful back beaches, as well as the calm, pristine waters of the bay, this is a fantastic location for a holiday haven. - 2 min drive (10 min walk to the beach) - Dual aspect views from large lounge/dining room with split system RC/AC - Generous light-filled kitchen/meals/family room, RC/AC, garden access - Well-maintained kitchen with abundant storage and quality appliances - Spacious master bedroom with ensuite with shower, vanity, WC - 2 bright, good-sized bedrooms with BIRs are zoned separately - Family bathroom with vanity, shower, plus separate toilet - Laundry with washer and side garden access - Large private garden has patio area plus carport, Off street parking - 799 m2 block (approximately) - Less than 2km to local shops, cafés, and a short drive to shopping hubs
