Blue Ash is a brand new one bedroom studio in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and Lennox village. Set behind the main residence, but with its own private entry, this stylishly furnished place has an architect’s touch, with features such as marble splash backs, a sleek and inviting bathroom, timber flooring and light-filled rooms. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed and built-ins, with louvers and a sliding door to catch the afternoon breeze. Enjoy an outdoor shower or read a book in the sun in the courtyard, replete with greenery everywhere you turn, or simply relax on the couch in the cosy loungeroom. With a full-sized kitchen, containing all the modern appliances, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, as well as a built-in laundry, Blue Ash Studio is a peaceful and completely private sanctuary in the heart of Lennox.
