Stylish home perfectly suited for corporates, singles, couples or large families. The home is across the road from a supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants, wellness spa & thriving beachside café. It is literally footsteps to shaded BBQ facilties, a playground and the white sands and rolling waves of Seascapes Beach. Modern, luxury designer finishes, with brand new furnishings & appliances inspired by a beach lifestyle. Very spacious rooms for up to 8 guests in a fabulous beachside location. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/family room, secure gated front courtyard, spacious private shaded rear garden with a suspended fire pit and a double lock up auto garage. Cosy welcoming balcony overlooking the park with ocean views to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy the absolutely magnificent sunsets in the evening with wine and cheese. The family room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen which is open plan and perfect for social holiday cooking. The family room has full length scatter doors which open to the fabulous outdoor entertainment area featuring a captivating hanging fireplace, raised timber decking, shade sails and a perfect place to relax or for the kids to play. A small, well-behaved pet is welcome by request at the time of booking for an extra pet fee and adherence to House Rules. Bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 - 2 x bunk beds (downstairs) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen (upstairs) with large walk in robe and ensuite access Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen (upstairs) with balcony and built in-robe If you are travelling with young children a cot and high chair available on request.
I have recently been provided with the Superhost status after just 3 months of hosting. I love providing a spotlessly squeaky clean home for my guests. The location is just perfect, beach on your door step, ocean views, a beautiful Cafe directly opposite along with a fish & chip shop, Chinese restaurant, Italian/pizza restaurant, beauty salon, bottle shop, and IGA Supermarket. Children's playground and BBQ facilities also.
