Not your average beach house!!
Only 2.5 hours from Canberra and 4 hours from Sydney. Recently refurbished and professionally styled.
Three generous bedrooms with hotel quality linens; 2.5 modern bathrooms with Sukin products and hotel quality bath sheets; fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer; large loungeroom with new family sized leather sofa and 55 inch smart tv; light and airy sunroom; large dining table and fully equipped kitchen; fully enclosed grassy backyard with BBQ, firepit and side access for boat parking. Complimentary use of kayaks, bicycles and scooters to use on the lake and cycleway just 400m from the house. Whole 3 bedroom house upstairs is for guest use. There is a small self contained flat downstairs not accessible to guests which we may use from time to time.

We may sometimes be staying onsite in the small self contained flat downstairs (not accessible to guests) with our black Labrador, Buddy. We are happy to keep to ourselves unless you require something. We can always be contacted through the app or via a phone call if we are not staying on the property throughout your stay.
Tuross Head is a small, quiet seaside village on the beautiful NSW South Coast surrounded by waterways: Coila Lake (just 400m from the house), Tuross Lake, Tuross River and at least 6 beaches to choose from!
