Surrounded by tropical gardens this quiet, peaceful, five bedroom house offers close proximity to Freshwater Beach, 15-20min. walk or 2 min. drive. Downstairs offers large under cover deck with outdoor dining suite, barbecue & exercise bike. Generous lounge area with large leather lounge, free wifi and large screen smart TV with free Foxtel. 8 seat stylish dining table with leather chairs and full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 900mm oven and cooktop, 900mm French door fridge and Bosch dishwasher and all the items required to cook for a family of 10. A full laundry with front load washer, dryer and storage. A half bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. An office with desk & pull out couch for bed. Upstairs has four bedrooms, the main bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in robe and expansive views over the valley and gardens. The main bathroom with a bath that has a floor to ceiling window through which you can view the valley views while sipping champagne in the bath, a large raindrop shower, toilet and twin vanity. Two more bedrooms containing queen beds and built-in mirrored robes, fourth bedroom with a double bed topped by a single bunk. One more toilet.
Lived in Freshwater all their lives. Tim loves surfing, travelling, snow skiing, swimming, painting and writing. Jenny loves to cook, travel and ski and relaxing on the beach.
Situated only minutes from Freshwater Beach the property offers easy transport to Manly, Manly Wharf and the Sydney CBD with a 10 min. bus ride to Manly and a ferry ride across the beautiful Sydney Harbour to the iconic Sydney Opera House and access to the entire city from Circular Quay. There is a coffee shop three doors from the property for breakfast, lunch and amazing coffee. Multiple restaurants are a five minute stroll away in the Freshwater village. There is a major shopping centre containing all the major retailers 4 minutes drive away and the busy tourist area of Manly is a 10 min. bus ride. Here you can organise whale watching tours, bus trips and boat trips. There are several golf courses only minutes away or you can laze on one of the twenty one beaches on the northern beaches of Sydney.
