Your 3-bedroom holiday house features comfortable open plan living including a lounge with flat screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen including full fridge, microwave and oven. Downstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, as well as the 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms is combined with the laundry, which offers a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is a great space for the kids with the remaining 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and tri-bunk, and the other with a tri-bunk. Pedestal fans and an electric heater will help keep your family comfortable all year round. Outside, you'll find a private fenced backyard with a patio, shade umbrella and outdoor dining furniture – the ideal spot to take your meal outside and relax over a few cool drinks. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars (garage is not available), and there is space to park a small boat in front of the property. Linen and towels are provided and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
