Located in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland, 20 minutes drive from the beach and 20 minutes from Lamington National Park, this beautiful home is situated on 8 hectares and is surrounded by organic gardens and state forest. The mini mansion faces eastward and has a glorious uninterrupted vista over the Gold Coast, the Pacific Ocean and the Hinze Dam. The home, sleeping 4-5 people, consists of 2 loft bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/dining room, living area, plus outdoor terrace gardens. Nestled in a woody nook with commanding views over the Pacific, the mini mansion is fabulous for the dawn's rising sun or evening's full moons. Over 25 species of birds live in and around Bottletree Gardens along with wallabies, paddy melons, non stinging Australian native bees, and a travelling echidna. Whilst privacy of the mini mansion is maintained as it is located 300m from the main house on the 8 hectare property, there will always be someone available at the main house.
I am Austrian and grew up near Salzburg, my husband Australian but I don't hold that against him!!
Plenty of options available from chilling out and enjoying the view over a glass of vino, walking in the National Parks, road cycling, motorbiking, cross county cycling, horse riding or paragliding. The options are endless.
