A hidden hideaway, this lovely single-level residence sits at the rear of a two-dwelling block, promising privacy and seclusion and is fenced and pet friendly. Featuring an open and airy living and dining space and a large, light-filled kitchen with contemporary white Caesarstone, Bosch oven, gas cooktop and island bench, the Richardson offers easy entertaining and all the comforts of home. Professionally managed by Boutique Stays, a fully accredited short-stay accommodation business established in 2006. "Pet-friendly policy: Small pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions.
