The living areas are comprised of a spacious an open-plan kitchen, large dining area with additional separate lounge room. Four good sized bedrooms including one ensuite and one full sized bathroom with tub. The house comes with double garage and being located just 5 minutes drive to Gungahlin town centre. The space Lounge: Bright north faced living room with 3 seaters sofa and 32 inch tv. Kitchen: Spacious kitchen has oven, microwave, gas cooktop and dish washer. Dinning: Large dinning area with dinning table can accommodate 8-10 people. Living: Large formal living room with 5 seaters sofa, armchair and 55 inch tv. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with two double beds, walk in robe and bathroom. Bedroom 2, 3&4: three rooms fitted with queen bed and build in robe. Laundry: Front load washer, dryer, iron and Iron board. Parking: Double garage with remote control. Air conditioning and Heating Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. Guest access There is a lockbox for self check-in.
