We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

The Villa unit boasts 1 generous sized bedroom featuring a queen bed fitted with a quality mattress. The bedroom also has a large built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space for you to store all your belongings All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 bath towel, 1 beach towel per person. The main bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, along with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for your stay Guests please note - A 30% Deposit is required within 3 days to secure the booking - Balance is due 40 days prior to arrival - No parties, smoking or pets We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking.
