• Angelena – Office Manager
A foundation member of Premium Realty, Angelena has been with the company for over 8 years. Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners.
• Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager
With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Gaye – Residential Property Manager
Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service.
Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty.
We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Bribie Island Sands has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 queen, 1 bunkbed and 1 single, an additional room with a kitchenette is available upon request for an extra charge. Please inquire at the time of booking if you wish to include this space in your stay.
