Wonderfully located just 500m to beach and town, this ground-floor bungalow is situated on a quiet, leafy street. Fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms, comfortable living spaces and aircon and all you need for a coastal getaway. Enjoy the birdsong, rabbits and night possums and the easy walk to the beach and the cafes in town. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has two king-single beds. The bungalow contains a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, bathroom, patio and landscaped outdoor area. Private entrance and driveway, surrounded by shady acacia trees in a quiet street in idyllic Old Dunsborough. Not suitable for leavers :)
